2026 Reimbursement Collaborative: Maximizing Opportunity in a Changing Environment-Navigating Change with Confidence

Ohio's reimbursement landscape continues to evolve as reimbursement methodologies, quality programs, staffing expectations, and regulatory requirements change. Organizations that succeed understand that strong financial performance is driven by effective leadership, engaged teams, and systems that support continuous improvement. In accordance with ORC 3721.072(B) and OAC 173-60, this collaborative incorporates quality improvement strategies that support workforce development, staff engagement, workplace culture, and organizational performance.

This collaborative will help nursing home leaders understand the interconnected relationships between reimbursement, workforce performance, quality outcomes, clinical operations, and regulatory success. Through practical tools, facility-specific data, peer learning, and proven operational strategies, participants will learn how to identify opportunities, assess risk, strengthen organizational systems, and position their facilities for long-term success in an increasingly competitive environment.

Ohio's reimbursement environment continues to evolve as legislative priorities, reimbursement methodologies, quality programs, staffing expectations, and regulatory requirements change. This session will help participants understand how reimbursement, workforce performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory success are interconnected and how organizations can adapt to maximize opportunity and reduce risk. Participants will examine how reimbursement and quality program changes affect organizational priorities and explore leadership strategies that support staff engagement, communication, and workforce stability during periods of change.

Continuing Education

1.0 clock hours will be awarded upon successful completion.

Criteria for successful completion: Attendance at entire event and submission of completed evaluation form.
