All of your registered courses are located within your dashboard.
Do I have to complete a course in one sitting?
No, but the time frame to complete the course depends on the type of education.
For all in-person or virtual Live events, learners have 10 days to complete the course. Additionally, Live events with education hours must be attended during the live time.
Those seeking BELTSS credit and taking On Demand courses must complete the On-Demand course by the end of the calendar year. All BELTSS courses expire at the end of the calendar year, which is why this requirement is in place. All other learners have 365 days to complete an On-Demand course.
Also be aware that On-Demand recordings do not pick up where you left off; recordings restart if you leave the course and come back.
I’m having trouble with the course components. What should I do?
Some functionality may be lost if using Internet Explorer. Try using a different browser. If that doesn’t work, clear your browser cache and then restart your browser.
What does the charge look like on my credit card statement?
The charge will be from LEADINGAGE OHIO COLUMBUS USA.
