We will kick off the collaborative with an in-depth exploration of the LTCSP and the foundations of regulatory compliance. This session will guide participants through the critical tools and resources needed to prepare for and navigate surveys, emphasizing the importance of a culture of compliance and readiness.

  • Objectives:
    1. Identify the structure and intent of the Requirements of Participation (RoPs) and their role in the LTCSP.
    2. Discuss how to create and maintain a comprehensive facility survey binder, including the LTCSP Entrance Conference Worksheet.
    3. Explore CMS surveyor resources to build a foundation for ongoing survey readiness.
