
2025 Survey Success Collaborative: Foundations of Regulatory Compliance and Overview of the Long-Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP)
We will kick off the collaborative with an in-depth exploration of the LTCSP and the foundations of regulatory compliance. This session will guide participants through the critical tools and resources needed to prepare for and navigate surveys, emphasizing the importance of a culture of compliance and readiness.
- Objectives:
- Identify the structure and intent of the Requirements of Participation (RoPs) and their role in the LTCSP.
- Discuss how to create and maintain a comprehensive facility survey binder, including the LTCSP Entrance Conference Worksheet.
- Explore CMS surveyor resources to build a foundation for ongoing survey readiness.
Continuing Education
1.0 clock hours will be awarded upon successful completion.
1.2 CPE hours will be awarded upon successful completion.
Criteria for successful completion: Attendance at entire event and submission of completed evaluation form.
