Objectives:
- Describe the LTCSP mandatory task observation process.
- Identify how to train department leaders to conduct and document effective observations.
- Describe how to incorporate observation findings into operational compliance strategies.
Continuing Education
1.0 clock hours will be awarded upon successful completion.
1.2 CPE hours will be awarded upon successful completion.
Criteria for successful completion: Attendance at entire event and submission of completed evaluation form.
