Prepare your team to manage the survey process confidently. This session will provide best practices for planning, assigning roles, and utilizing real-time tools to ensure compliance during surveys.

Objectives:

  1. Describe how to develop a clear plan for staff roles and responsibilities during surveys.
  2. Discuss how to utilize tip sheets and real-time reports to monitor compliance.
  3. Describe best practices in response protocols to mitigate citation risk.
