
2025 Survey Success Collaborative: Managing the Survey Process

Prepare your team to manage the survey process confidently. This session will provide best practices for planning, assigning roles, and utilizing real-time tools to ensure compliance during surveys.
Objectives:
- Describe how to develop a clear plan for staff roles and responsibilities during surveys.
- Discuss how to utilize tip sheets and real-time reports to monitor compliance.
- Describe best practices in response protocols to mitigate citation risk.
Continuing Education
1.0 clock hours will be awarded upon successful completion.
1.2 CPE hours will be awarded upon successful completion.
Criteria for successful completion: Attendance at entire event and submission of completed evaluation form.
