Wrap up the collaborative by mastering the post-survey process, including development of a Plan of Correction (POC). Learn how to incorporate POC processes into year-round compliance efforts and understand the implications of Civil Money Penalties (CMPs).

Objectives:

  1. Describe the immediate post-survey process, including POC development and implementation.
  2. Identify how to Incorporate POC strategies into sustainable compliance practices.
  3. Discuss the role of the Long-Term Care Survey Process in building a continuous improvement framework to mitigate CMPs and maintain compliance.

Continuing Education

1.0 clock hours will be awarded upon successful completion.

1.2 CPE hours will be awarded upon successful completion.

Criteria for successful completion: Attendance at entire event and submission of completed evaluation form.
