Learn how to use your facility specific Survey Strategy Worksheet to identify and address risks. This session will cover how to evaluate trends, understand the resident interview process, and incorporate these strategies into daily operations for sustained compliance.

Objectives:

  1. Discuss facility risk and trends using the Survey Strategy Worksheet.
  2. Identify high-risk residents and prepare for the resident interview process.
  3. Describe strategies to integrate risk assessment into daily operations.

Continuing Education

1.0 clock hours will be awarded upon successful completion.

1.2 CPE hours will be awarded upon successful completion.

Criteria for successful completion: Attendance at entire event and submission of completed evaluation form.
