Join the LeadingAge Ohio policy team for an Advocacy in Action update on hospice fraud legislation, including House Bill 795, its amendments, and its movement to the Senate. The discussion will also cover the nursing home payment mandamus action, following the Ohio Supreme Court’s ruling that the Ohio Department of Medicaid must recalculate and pay nursing facility quality incentive payments in accordance with state law.
