In the second portion of this webinar Rikki Knerr, Safety and Health Consultant in the Ohio Department of Health's Bureau of Survey and Certification will provide the most up-to-date information the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recent visits to Ohio and increased scrutiny. Rikki will also provide an update on regulations for emergency preparedness as outlined in the State Operations Manual Appendix Z.
