LeadingAge Ohio and Palmetto GBA are pleased to introduce the Palmetto GBA Jurisdiction M 2025 Medicare Hospice Workshop Webinar. This webinar is designed to equip hospice providers with the knowledge and tools needed for success in Medicare billing, coverage, and documentation requirements. 

The “Thrive” webinar is tailored for hospice agency staff at all levels. However, providers new to Medicare or with new staff members are encouraged to begin with the online learning courses for beginners at www.PalmettoGBA.com/hhh. Additional resources, including basic billing and educational materials, are available under the Events and Education tab at the top of the page. 

Billing errors and improper responses to Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs) can be costly. During the webinar, Palmetto GBA will highlight the most common errors, explain why they occur, and provide practical tips for avoiding them. Our goal is to help providers stay current with Medicare requirements and apply effective techniques in their billing and documentation practices.
