The Supreme Court of Ohio recently ruled in favor of LeadingAge Ohio and its fellow nursing home associations in the case State ex rel. LeadingAge Ohio et al. v. Ohio Department of Medicaid, a major victory that compels the Department of Medicaid to recalculate and pay quality incentive payments according to Ohio law.
