Includes a Live Web Event on 10/15/2026 at 1:00 PM (EDT)

October 15, 2026 | Live Webinar

Ohio's reimbursement landscape continues to evolve as reimbursement methodologies, quality programs, staffing expectations, and regulatory requirements change. Organizations that succeed understand that strong financial performance is driven by effective leadership, engaged teams, and systems that support continuous improvement. In accordance with ORC 3721.072(B) and OAC 173-60, this collaborative incorporates quality improvement strategies that support workforce development, staff engagement, workplace culture, and organizational performance.

This collaborative will help nursing home leaders understand the interconnected relationships between reimbursement, workforce performance, quality outcomes, clinical operations, and regulatory success. Through practical tools, facility-specific data, peer learning, and proven operational strategies, participants will learn how to identify opportunities, assess risk, strengthen organizational systems, and position their facilities for long-term success in an increasingly competitive environment.

This session focuses exclusively on PDPM opportunities that may be impacting Medicaid reimbursement. Participants will explore Nursing, SLP, and NTA opportunities, review case studies, and identify strategies to improve Medicaid case mix performance through accurate resident classification and interdisciplinary processes. Participants will explore interdisciplinary approaches that strengthen staff knowledge, improve collaboration, and support accurate resident assessment and classification processes.
