November 18, 2026 - This workshop will help leaders understand where AI can support resident care, staff productivity, family communication, marketing and organizational decision-making — while addressing the privacy, cybersecurity, compliance and governance responsibilities that come with its use.
In-Person Event

Artificial intelligence is becoming part of everyday operations across aging services, creating new opportunities as well as important questions about privacy, compliance, governance and responsible use. - How to identify appropriate AI use cases, evaluate vendors and move from pilot projects to broader implementation.
- Data management, cybersecurity, privacy and organizational governance considerations.
- Federal and Ohio legal and compliance issues, including employee use, documentation, confidential information, vendor agreements and organizational policies.
- How Ohio aging services providers are currently using AI, what they have learned and where they are exercising caution.
- Steps organizations can take to establish responsible AI practices and determine appropriate next priorities.
